Part of me wants to hide moments like these. I’d rather be the figure who heals in the forest, deep in meditation, with the use of herbs and a beautiful journal.
I’m coming to see the value of sharing it all, not being exclusive with my experiences and what they mean to me. The spiritual rituals I hold so dear are deeply transformational.
Isn’t this, too?
Growth looks like this sometimes.
Sometimes it’s laying on the couch with Daniel Tiger and your toddler, crying just silently enough to excuse yourself from the teaching moments of big and valid emotion.
I am grateful to be releasing what no longer serves me and creating space for what is to come.
